  15.      Managers display information about your system and provide access to
  16.      interactive guides (also called tasks) that let you administer your
  17.      system.  For example, the user Manager displays a list of the user
  18.      accounts currently on the system and gives you access to guides like "Add
  19.      a User Account" and "Modify a User Account".

  21.      In the Manager window, you can open a guide by choosing its name from the
  22.      Task menu or by clicking its button at the bottom of the window.

  24.      The Process manager displays the processes that is running on your
  25.      system.  Please refer to _p_s(_1) for more information.

  28.      Guides, also called "tasks," are interactive windows that lead users
  29.      through the steps necessary to perform various system administration
  30.      tasks, such as adding new user accounts and configuring networking on the
  31.      system.
  32.  
  33.      A guide typically consists of a series of pages that prompt users to
  34.      enter information or select options. A user navigates through guide pages
  35.      using the Prev and Next buttons (or corresponding arrow keys).  When the
  36.      user reaches the last page of a guide and clicks the OK button, the
  37.      system executes one or more commands to perform the system administration
  38.      task. These commands are located in /_u_s_r/_s_y_s_a_d_m/_p_r_i_v_c_m_d.  See
  39.      _l_i_s_t_P_r_o_c(1M) for more information.

  41.      Many of the guides require that a user either know the root password or
  42.      be assigned the necessary privileges (using the _P_r_i_v_i_l_e_g_e_M_a_n_a_g_e_r(_1_M)) in
  43.      order to perform the task.
